Just curiosity about what’s next,
While I am always wondering
what disaster awaits.
Help me to see You as
as I need to know.
Sometimes like today,
in my head
has a hard time
getting to my heart.
I need your help Lord.
I want to look at changed plans
with a sense
And a child-like curiosity
what YOU might
Psalm 141:8 – But my eyes are fixed on you, Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge.

Oh I am glad for the image, your words Carol and yes, for the quote from Patti — fits perfectly and just what I needed today! It’s goin’ on my kitchen cabinet — ahhh
Patti, i really like that quote. It touches my heart. Thanks you for sharing that here.
That’s a view the child will never have of himself. Perhaps God sees us from a vantage point that is like that. And He smiles and hopes we keep our curiosity about His world.

“We cannot count on God to arrange what happens in our lives in ways that will make us feel good.We can, however, count on God to patiently remove all the obstacles to our enjoyment of Him. He is committed to our joy, and we can depend on Him to give us enough of a taste of that joy and enough hope that the best is still ahead to keep us going in spite of how much pain continues to plague our hearts.â€
